How do I throw an axe?
There are two methods that we will help you learn! You can throw with two hands overhead or with one hand! Don’t worry, our Axeperts will be there to give you tips so you can have an enjoyable throwing experience.
I don’t trust my 11 year old to do the dishes- are you sure I should bring my kid in to throw an axe?
Our Axeperts are trained to look for key signs if a young one is fit to throw. If you are not sure, its always best to use caution!
Is it safe for my kid who is under 10?
Yes! We have a kids throwing lane with a plastic axe where they can still join in the fun!
Is there a dress code?
Do you serve food or drinks?
Yes! We have a delicious Savory vs. Sweet Menu to devour, Specialty Cocktails, and Ice Cold Draft Beer to indulge in.
Alcohol and Axes? How is that okay?
It is our highest priority to ensure all of our guests are safe, so our team is trained and ready to enforce our policies when necessary, up to asking a guest to leave the premises. Many axe throwing venues offer alcohol to enhance the guest experience!
Can I get something to eat and/or drink without throwing Axes?
Absolutely! Our food is designed to be very quick service and affordable! Even if you don’t want to throw, feel free to come hang out, have some dinner and a drink, and watch the game with us!
Where do I park?
There is a TON of parking within The Shops at Perry Crossing where we are located. If you cannot find a spot in front of the building, there is a lot to the north of the movie theater you can park in that has a hallway leading east through the center of the mall to our facility.
When are you open?
We are open:
Tuesday – Thursday: 3pm – 9pm
Friday: 3pm – 11pm
Saturday: 12pm – 11pm
Sunday: 12pm – 9pm
We are closed on Mondays, but private bookings for our VIP room and/or Full Venue Rental are available everyday!
How can I host an event at LumberjAXE?
You have a few options when it comes to hosting your event with us at LumberjAXE. We have 9 single lanes that hold 1-4 people each and 2 double lanes that hold 5-8 people each. You can book multiple lanes through our booking site and then you can contact us to request to be side by side. We also have a VIP room that is more private. Our VIP room holds 10-20 people and has it’s own two targets. The VIP room is located directly behind the bar with a pass through service window for ease of food and drink service to your guests. For even larger groups of up to 100 people, we offer full venue rental with food and beverage packages available. Please contact us through our website for more information on pricing for all of these options!
Can I throw if I haven’t booked online?
Yes! As long as we have lane availability, you can pay and sign your waiver onsite
Can I play pool and/or darts without throwing Axes?
Yes! We would love for you to come in to enjoy some pool, darts, and food and beverage even if throwing axes isn’t your thing!
